Refund Policy

LLT gives customers 15 days from Premium Subscription payment to request a refund. Refunds will only be made if evidence of a failure by LLT to comply with its usage policies is presented in writing to info@lukelanguagetraining.com with legal documentation conformant to international law to support the claim.

LLT is not, and will not be liable for any damages occurred through use of the website, nor will refunds be made based on evidence of such damages, including, but not limited to software and hardware.
