Tips
H = /ei/ + ‘ch’;
J = the ‘J’ in ‘DJ”
E is identical to ‘e’ in ‘me’;
G is like ‘J’ but (pero) has vowel (vocal) sound /i:/.
F, L, M… similar to Spanish, but no ‘e’ sound at end.
X is ‘Ex’
Z is ‘zed’ in British English, but ‘zee’ in American English.
I, is identical to ‘eye’ (ojo) and ‘I’ (yo)
Y is identical to ‘Why?’ (¿Por qué?)
O is similar to Spanish, but longer (más largo) – y se centra más en la garganta.
R is the long vowel sound /a:/
Q is ‘K’ + the word ‘You’
U is the word ‘You’
W is ‘Double’ (du-bul) + ‘You’
