Common Issues

When we detect, or you tell us, about constant annoying platform behaviour, we’ll make a note of it here, and let you know if the problem continues or is resolved. 

If you have a repeated problem, please first clear your browser cache & cookies for LLT, and if the problem persists, let us know in the Help Forum.

Priority Key:

  • 1. monitor = non-identified (low frequency, not detailed in server logs)
  • 2. queue = low priority (low frequency, identified but no functional effect – things like styling errors)
  • 3. issue = mid priority (mid-high frequency, identified as having a functional impact)
  • 4. severe = high priority, (high frequency, not identified and causing serious impact on correct functioning)
  • 5. critical = immediate action (absolute frequency, identified and causing platform partial/full failure)
